Resin was primarily designed for use in formulating hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives based on styrene isoprene block copolymers where high adhesion to paper is required as in the formulation of packaging tapes. Preliminary laboratory work also indicates that Super NEVTAC® 99 Resin should be very useful in hot-melt systems based on high vinyl acetate content EVA resins
