Vycar 460X46 is a vinyl chloride- acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in adhesives, coatings and binders. Vycar 460X46 has a glass transition temperature ( Tg ) of +7ºC. This product may be used as heat seal adhesives for vinyl substrates. Vycar 460X46 offers low flammability and is suitable as a flame retardant.

Vycar 460X46 is a low viscosity 49% solids anionic stabilized polyvinyl chloride-acrylic emulsion. Vycar 460X46 contains carboxyl groups and self-curing functionality.
Vycar 460X46 is not freeze-thaw stable.
Anionic stabilized vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer emulsion. Contains carboxyl groups and self-curing functionality. Used in coatings. Possesses low flammability. Offers very good heat sealability, heat activated self-curing and good adhesion to a variety of substrates including PVC. Can be used as a flame retardant.
