Vycar 660X14 is a heat reactive carboxylated vinylidine chloride copolymer emulsion. The glass transition temperature (Tg) is +7ºC. The high level of chlorine makes copolymers useful as flame retardants in adhesives and coatings. Vycar 660X14 is also used in compounding when a low moisture vapor transmission rate ( MVTR ) is desired.

Vycar 660X14 is a 49% solids anionic stabilized vinylidene chloride copolymer emulsion. This product contains carboxyl groups and self-curing functionality.
Vycar 660X14 is not freeze-thaw stable.
Anionic stabilized heat reactive carboxylated vinylidine chloride copolymer emulsion. Contains carboxyl groups and self-curing functionality. Can be used as a flame retardant in coatings. Offers very good adhesion, self-curing and low odor.
