º¬·ú¾ÛºÏÎï Fluoropolymer Soluble in esters and ketones Tecnoflon® N 535 is a low viscosity fluoroelastomer copolymer. Tecnoflon N 535 is intended as a general-purpose fluoroelastomer. It can be blended with other polymers of the Tecnoflon family to meet specific requirements. N 535 does not contain curatives, therefore the proper levels of Tecnoflon FOR M1 and FOR M2 must be added to achieve required properties. Some of the unique properties of N 535: Superior mold flow Lack of mold fouling Excellent mold release Superior extrusion behavior Excellent compression set Tecnoflon N 535 can be used for transfer and injection molding of seals, gaskets and molded goods. It can be extruded into hoses or profiles and can be calendered to make sheet stocks or belting. Compounds based on Tecnoflon N 535 can be dispersed in solvents for coating applications. N 535 can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll Low viscosity fluoroelastomer copolymer. Can be dispersed in solvents for coating applications. Provides superior mold flow, lack of mold fouling, very good mold release, superior extrusion behavior and very good compression set. Can be blended with other fluoroelastomer copolymers. Does not contain curatives.
