Tixogel® VP is Quaternary Ammonium compound of Bentonite.
It is a multi-purpose organoclay rheological additive.
It is used in 100% aliphatic to 100% aromatic systems. Automotive and equipment undercoats, trade sales alkyds, traffic paints, stains, industrial alkyds, acrylics, chlorinated rubber, epoxy esters, and aluminum coatings.
Suitable solvents are Rule 66 mineral spirits, VM&P naphtha, aromatic naphthas, toluene, xylene, kerosene, 140 solvent, heptane.
